Our Policy

ModCat Design uses its best efforts to respect the privacy of its online visitors. We do not collect personally identifiable information from individuals unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. This means we do not require you to register or provide us with information to view our site. Only when a visitor voluntarily submits personally identifiable information, such as names, addresses, zip/postal codes, e-mail addresses, etc., does ModCat Design collect it. Currently, ModCat ONLY accepts credit card payments via PayPal and Square. We care about the safety and security of your transaction. PayPal and Square use certified encryption and the https security protocol to communicate with your browser software. This method is the industry-standard security protocol, which makes it extremely difficult for anyone else to intercept your credit card information. Any companies we may choose to work with to process credit card transactions will also use high-grade encryption and security protocols.
